Prices and Payment
All prices on sportenergy.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Shipping costs are provided at checkout when you select the delivery method.
We accept the following payment methods:
• MobilePay
• Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard
• ApplePay
Payment and reservation of amounts:
• When paying with international cards, the amount is reserved until the item is shipped or released by your card issuer.
• We only charge the amount when the item is shipped.
Delivery
We offer delivery throughout Denmark with DAO and GLS. The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping prices and conditions:
• Current shipping prices can be found at checkout.
• With DAO Home delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for the package once it is marked as delivered.
• During peak seasons such as Black Friday and December, package shops may change due to capacity issues.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
We offer gift cards that can be purchased online and used in our webshop. The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and is sent via email.
In case of return or complaint, you can choose an exchange, where we send a voucher for the amount. This voucher is used as payment at checkout for your new order.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 30-day full right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
How to return:
1) Create a return order via our return portal [link].
2) Pack the item securely in the original packaging without signs of wear, odors, stains, or damage.
3) Use our attached return label (39 kr.), or use your own return shipping.
Important:
• Keep the receipt for shipping as documentation.
• If the original packaging is missing or damaged, it may result in depreciation.
Refund:
• The money will be refunded to the card you used for the purchase within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Complaints
According to the Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year right to complain. If your item is defective, you can have it repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation.
How to proceed:
1) Create the complaint via our portal [link].
2) Pack the item securely and include a description of the problem.
The complaint will be processed within 1-3 business days after we have received the item.
The return of the complaint is free if you use our return label.
